In October 2020, I had a chance to visit an urban permaculture farm located in Dempsey Hills, known as Urban Jungle Folks. I was fortunate to have been assigned to produce a video for a school project, which required us to feature plants that are grown in the farm.
Since I was introduced to the Wild Pepper Leaf, I catch myself spotting it all around Singapore, including parks, sidewalks near MRT stations and mall entrances.
Watch my video to find out more about this 'invisible' plant, the Wild Pepper Leaf, also commonly called Daun Kaduk. I call it 'invisible', only because of how shocked I was at how commonly grown this plant is, yet not many are aware of its existence!
